Data collected and purposes

The data sent through the contact or quote request form (name, address, phone, email, description of the installation) is used solely to handle your request, draw up a quote, schedule a visit and carry out the resulting administrative and accounting follow-up.

Online assistant

The website's chat assistant collects the content of your conversations and any contact details you give it (name, phone, email, municipality). This data is used to handle your request and improve our service. It is processed by an artificial intelligence provider for this purpose and is never shared for commercial purposes. It is kept for 6 months.

Legal basis

Pre-contractual measures and performance of the contract, as well as compliance with the company's legal obligations (invoicing, inspection certificates, accounting records).

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a job are kept for twelve months. Data relating to a job is kept for the legal retention period for accounting documents.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be shared with the service providers strictly necessary for running the business (hosting provider, accountant) and with the authorities where required by law.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic and improve our services. This tool places cookies and collects browsing data anonymously. You can object to this by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by setting your browser to refuse cookies.

We also use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to analyse how the website is used, including the pages viewed and clicks on our phone numbers, so that we can better understand our visitors' needs and improve the website. A “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie remembers the language you choose on the website. It contains no personal data.

These tools only place cookies with your consent, given or refused through the banner shown on your first visit; you can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page. Without your consent, PostHog is not loaded and Google Analytics only receives anonymous technical signals without cookies (Google's consent mode).
